Build marketing capacity around the work you already know needs to get done

Sometimes the problem is not strategy. The problem is that there is nobody with enough time to execute it every week. Pages do not get updated, local profiles drift, reports are late, outreach stops and technical fixes sit in a queue.

A dedicated offshore marketing professional can take ownership of that recurring execution while your business keeps control of priorities, approvals and strategy.

What an SEO team member can actually own

The role should be built around your operating model. An agency may need someone managing tasks across several client accounts. An in-house business may need one person focused deeply on a single website, locations and reporting stack.

We do not recruit SEO people by asking whether they know SEO

SEO resumes are easy to inflate. The useful questions are practical. What did the candidate change on a site? Why? How did they choose priorities? What happened after the change? How do they separate a ranking problem from an indexing, content or conversion problem? What tools did they use and what did they use them for?

Where appropriate, screening can include a practical review of a website, a short written task or a walkthrough of previous work. The goal is not to reward someone for memorizing terminology. It is to see how they think and whether they can execute the work you need.

Tools are part of the brief, not the job description

If your team works in Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, BrightLocal, WordPress, Shopify, ClickUp or another stack, tell us. We can recruit for direct experience where it is essential. We can also separate tools that are easy to learn from skills that take years to build.

Agency owners: define the client-facing expectation

If the person will join client calls, write reports under your brand or communicate directly with account managers, say that before we recruit. A technically strong SEO specialist who is uncomfortable explaining work may be perfect for production and wrong for a client-facing seat. Those are different jobs and should be hired differently.
